How do you find your consultants?

Our best consultants are the ones we know best. They have either worked with us before, or are currently working for us and are becoming available within the required time frame. Once we have reviewed this pool of people, we turn to our proprietary database, where our recruitment professionals have pre-screened, and in many cases interviewed, high quality candidates on a prospective basis. Finally, we have access to several web-based resume tools that will help us find the candidates you need.

How do you select your consultants?

We place a great deal of emphasis on the thoroughness of our selection processes - we only provide highly applicable and pre-qualified candidates, and we only submit our best prospects. How do you verify your consultants’ backgrounds?

Part of our selection process includes contacting and gathering opinions from at least three former managers on topics which include whether the candidate is a good fit for a particular job, from both a technical and interpersonal perspective. In addition, we offer complete drug screening, employment eligibility and criminal background checks. Please contact us to discuss any additional screening requirements you have.
